TAKING A LEAP OF FAITH AT 30,000 FEET

My latest opinion piece in Aircraft Cabin Manager’s issue, which focuses on perfecting the passenger experience, talks about why the time has come for the aviation industry to take a leap of faith if it wants to overcome the pressures that it’s currently facing in order to improve efficiencies, lessen impact on the environment and speed up the transportation of passengers and cargo and continue to evolve and grow.

For me, digitalisation and connectivity are the obvious enablers as they lie at the heart of the industry’s ability to thrive in the increasingly connected world. The industry needs to look beyond the associated risks and costs, realise the potential that digitalisation has to offer and integrate AI, data and technology with our existing knowledge applied.
